Project Management & Logistics

TB McMann is a cutting-edge firm based in the United Kingdom which specialises in project management, logistics, and the procurement, supply, and maintenance of construction equipment and corporate vehicles.

Rolling Stock & Rail Operations

V-Rail is a Ghanaian rail company that specialises in the purchase, leasing, and sale of new and lightly used rolling stock, as well as the operation of both passenger and freight services. V-Rail also provides rolling stock maintenance and other technical services to Ghana’s burgeoning railway sector.
V-Rail has been awarded a contract to manage passenger operations and maintain two (2) Diesel Multiple Units (DMUs). We are also in talks with Pesa Bydgoszcz SA, a Polish company, about establishing a full train maintenance service in Ghana. Furthermore, the company is negotiating a contract to operate freight services on the newly constructed Tema-Mpakadan standard gauge line

Insurance Brokerage

Verasure is a specialised insurance brokerage firm that provides coverage for high-value infrastructure projects. The company is currently developing a digital platform that will serve as a one-stop shop for insurance offers from Ghana’s most trusted and carefully
selected insurance companies.
